🚚 SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
🚫 We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
📦 TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, tracking will show the estimated delivery status. You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
❗ DAMAGES OR DELIVERY ISSUES
The Little Brown Girl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they are marked as shipped or delivered.
If your package is lost or stolen, or arrives damaged by the mail carrier, please contact the shipping provider (e.g., USPS, UPS) directly to file a claim.
⚠️ CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are final once placed.
We do not offer cancellations or changes after your order has been submitted.
🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If something isn’t right, we’ve got you!
Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.
🧵 MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please email us with photos within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll gladly make it right.
